On Tuesday 18 June, five of our AS Maths students accompanied staff to Sir Thomas Boughey to help run an Able and Talented day for primary schools.
There were 30 Year 6 students from across a number of primary schools attending and they had the chance to get involved with a carousel of activities including a Mathematical treasure hunt!
Our five students, supported by Year 9 students from Sir Thomas Boughey, led and organised the activities and were responsible for awarding points. The day was aimed at promoting Mathematics and was a great joint venture shared by Sir Thomas Boughey and NULC.
